Personal Information
Registration requires certain information such as full name, email address and password. Users may choose not to provide such information; however, this may limit registration, provision of service or content to the extent such information is not provided.

Users may also submit, and Castingville may also collect, other demographic information and other data which may include Personal Information. This information is provided by Users, and Users have the choice whether or not to provide such information.

Users are responsible for the content that they provide on Castingville. Upon submission of a new registration, Users are giving permission for others to view their content as required. Use of Castingville constitutes acknowledgment, acceptance and representation of such requirement.

With the exception of necessary payment information, Castingville does not ask for personal financial information, social security numbers or other such information, and Users are advised not to enter personal or financial information beyond the scope of what is exhibited, or provide to any other User such Personal Information except in the necessary and generally accepted course of conducting business between Users.

Third Parties

Profile
Users will be required to register by submitting certain Personal Information.

Users will also be able to enter information regarding skills, experience and other attributes that will enable Other Users to search for Users with particular attributes. By simple nature of its function, User profiles will be available to other Users of Castingville, but information entered by Job Seekers will not be available to other Job Seekers.

Use of Personal Information and Other Users:
Other users will be able to view the information provided on a User Profile but only to the extent permitted by Castingville.

Users may choose to contact other Users, but Job Seekers will not be permitted to contact other Job Seekers through Castingville.

PLEASE NOTE: THE PRIVACY PRACTICES OF ADVERTISERS AND OTHER COMPANIES WHO PROVIDE PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR ADVERTISING THROUGH CASTINGVILLE ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY. PLEASE CONTACT THOSE COMPANIES DIRECTLY FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR PRIVACY PRACTICES.

Disclosure of Personal Information, Content and other Data Castingville may disclose Personal Information or content if required to do so subject to the following: (1) by law or court order; (2) to protect Castingville's rights and property; (3) to protect against unauthorized use of Castingville; (4) during emergencies when someone's physical safety may be at risk.

In the event that Castingville and/or related assets are acquired, or there is a change of control, User information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Opt-Out/Correct/Delete/Deactivate
Users may elect to discontinue use of Castingville, delete or add information, and are requested to log in and change their profile accordingly. Deleted information may remain in backup systems for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to any User. If contact has been established with Castingville advertisers or other related businesses or individuals, opt-out of communications must be made directly with each respective entity.

Changes to this Policy
Castingville reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy any time and at its sole discretion. Changes to this policy will be posted on the site in this location. Continued use of Castingville constitutes your agreement to any and all changes to the Privacy Policy. If Users do not agree to the changes, they may exercise the right to opt-out as described above.
